In many ways, online training is exactly like traditional personal training. You will still be given a bespoke training plan designed personally for you to help you work towards your particular goals and will still get the same level of accountability and support from me throughout the process. The main difference is that with online training you can complete the workouts in your own time, either at the gym or at home. This is one of the key benefits of online training; you can train according to your own timetable. So if you have a busy schedule or travel a lot and have struggled to find time to train in the past, online training may be a perfect fit for you.
