My approach to fitness ...
I aim to empower my clients to use fitness and strength training to help them become the happiest, healthiest, and fittest version of themselves.
When working as a busy lawyer, I turned to fitness as a way to manage my stress and undo some of the damage caused by a sedentary lifestyle. I love sharing what I have learned with my clients and helping them understand how fitness can improve their lives.

I train clients in person and online, using a health coaching software platform and app. I have a number of regular, loyal clients who all train with me on a monthly subscription basis.
Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer @ Fitness Space
Nov 2017 - April 2019
Fitness Space is a boutique gym that assigns each member their own personal fitness coach. This role involves coaching clients in person and remotely via the app on fitness, behavioural change, and nutiriton in addition to delivering 15-20 personal training sessions each week. I also teach a number of group fitness classes including circuits, Fit Camp, sweatbox, yoga and my most popular class, Met Con, which has been consistently fully booked ever since I introduced the class to the timetable.

Education
Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach @ Strength and Conditioning Education
November 2018 - Ongoing
I recently decided to further my knowledge by undertaking a Level 4 qualification. Although being aimed at athletes, this course covers a lot that is also applicable to training general population clients. I am due to complete this course in July 2019.
Level 2 Fitness Coach & Level 3 Personal Trainer @ PT Academy

I am REPS Level 2 & 3 qualified.
Additional Training
Kettlebells
I completed the Kettlebell CPD training with PT Academy and often incorporate kettlebell training into my group classes and PT Sessions.
TRX/Suspension Training
I completed the Suspension Training CPD with PT Academy. I love finding new and inventive ways of using the TRX, and particularly like to use it for core training.
Boxing for Fitness
I am a certified Hatton Academy Boxing for Fitness instructor and I find clients love this exciting and effective method of training. Using boxing in my sessions has been instrumental in client engagement and retention.
The 'Big 3' Lifts
I attended a workshop at Performance Ground on coaching the 'Big 3' Lifts. I enjoy strength training and love to share my passion with my clients, whether they're a seasoned lifter or a strength training novice.
Primal Movement
I attended a workshop on Primal Movement at 3six9 and often use this type of bodyweight training in my warm-ups and in specific mobility training.
Testimonials
I wanted to work with a PT to improve general fitness, improve strength in areas associated with ameliorating long-standing health condition (hypermobility, chronic regional pain), and find ways to build strength without aggravating that condition. Since I started training with Eloise, I have definitely made some strength gains and I now have a bunch of ways to exercise without aggravating my condition which I didn't have before and now have a sense that I will be able to make more progress in future.
